      Apple Kale Blueberry Smoothie

1-2 cups kale, fresh or frozen

½ green apple, chopped

1 cup coconut water

1 cup blueberries

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

1 teaspoon of turmeric

Pinch black pepper

½ cup coconut milk(optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender
